Job Description
- Own the end-to-end P&L; and overall performance of the Arthroscopy business.
- Develop and execute the category growth strategy, business roadmap and commercial plans.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability and market share expansion across the portfolio.
- Lead business planning, forecasting, pricing and margin management initiatives.
- Oversee inventory planning and supply management to ensure optimal product availability.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), surgeons, distributors and strategic accounts.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor assessments to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead product launches, workshops,



training programmes and clinical education initiatives.
- Identify portfolio gaps and recommend new products or category expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Product Development and Supply Chain teams to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and mentor high-performing teams while driving a culture of accountability and execution.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
- Graduate with an MBA in Healthcare Management, Sales or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in Arthroscopy, Orthopaedics or Surgical Medical Devices.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L; responsibilities.
- Expertise in business planning, forecasting, pricing and profitability management.
- Deep understanding of the Arthroscopy market, products and clinical applications.
- Experience working closely with surgeons, KOLs, distributors and healthcare
