The role You own Bengaluru as a territory. Your job is to turn on-ground activity — events, industry meetups, direct business visits, partner tie-ups — into a predictable pipeline of qualified leads across our three core pillars: digital services (branding, marketing, web and app development), SaaS & business automation (custom software), and corporate gifting (via our specialized enterprise, ConxYou).
This is not a support role. You’ll plan the calendar, run the activations, sit in front of decision-makers, and report on what converted and what didn’t.

What you’ll do
Build and run a monthly field calendar: business park activations, trade events, industry associations, co-working, and startup ecosystem partnerships.
Meet founders, marketing heads, and HR/Ops leaders on-site: qualify their core needs, position the right service line—whether that is a digital marketing retainer, a SaaS automation deployment,



or customized corporate gift boxes—and hand off to the senior closing team with clean notes.
Own territory mapping: identify high-density clusters (Koramangala, HSR, Whitefield, Peenya, ORR belt) and work them systematically.
Coordinate with in-house design and content teams: on collateral, booth assets, and campaign creative across both our digital/SaaS and physical gifting portfolios.
Track every touchpoint in CRM: Report weekly on leads generated, cost per qualified lead, and conversion by activity type.
Feed market intelligence back in: pricing objections, competitor moves, and which industries are actively buying software versus marketing or gifting.

What you need
1–4 years in field marketing, B2B sales, or channel/partner marketing. Agency, SaaS, or corporate gifting sales background preferred.
Comfortable walking into a cold office and holding a conversation with a founder or HR head.
Solid Bengaluru geography and business-ecosystem knowledge.
