Your role and responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the chance to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will meet both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your sales skills by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

The role will support for the ABB India Ltd for Electrification Smart Building Business to be based at BANGALORE, India.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Increase sales and profitability by meeting assigned volume, product mix, revenue, and margin targets through effective customer and market engagement.
- Develop current business opportunities by identifying potential customers, market segments, and growth areas, supported by focused marketing and value proposition communication.
- Manage customer relationships and experience by understanding customer needs, promoting ABB’s complete portfolio, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial offers in coordination with Bid & Proposal and Marketing teams, ensuring accurate technical, financial, pricing, and trading conditions.
