About the Project (Elara Home)

Elara Home is a luxury second-home real estate brand focused on creating premium residential experiences in desirable destinations. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented sales professional to drive sales for our luxury second-home project in Dharamshala.

Designation: Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager

Location: Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh

Experience: 5–10 years in Real Estate Sales;
experience in Luxury / Premium / Second-Home projects preferred

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: 7 LPA to 12 LPA

Role Overview

The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales of luxury second-home properties in Dharamshala by identifying and engaging prospective customers, particularly HNI/UHNI clients, investors, entrepreneurs, senior professionals, NRIs and premium residential buyers.

The role will involve managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to site visits, negotiations, booking and closure—while building strong long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales of luxury second-home properties and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategies for generating qualified leads through direct sourcing, references, networking, channel partners and other relevant channels.
- Identify potential HNI/UHNI customers and build a robust prospect pipeline.
- Generate business through personal networking, corporate connections, luxury communities and referral networks.
- Develop new business opportunities and explore new customer segments.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand clients' requirements, investment objectives, lifestyle preferences and budget.
- Present the project's location, product proposition, amenities, lifestyle benefits and investment potential effectively.
