About the Role:

Our mission is to create effortless customer-centric digital experiences that enable customers to buy and manage their insurance policies digitally, by ensuring cost-effective, scalable, and secured platform for all our products. Responsible for managing the “end-to-end” Digital product engineering portfolio, the Digital Product Engineer will build best-in-class digital platforms to execute the Business/Customer objectives.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide solution oriented Engineering oversight for building & maintaining direct to consumer digital platform for Bharti AXA Insurance
- Work with the Digital product managers and implementation partners to lead the platform design and implementation of the product backlog
- Weekly Measurement of Technical KPIs for D2C Digital Assets including website performance and user experience with actionable for improvement




- Enable robust integration solutions between Distribution partners and Bharti AXA via Technology provided backend APIs
- Collaborate with Digital Product managers for delivering and tracking the Business & Technology KPIs & metrics as part of the business plan
- Collaborate with back end IT teams for right set of APIs and other integration dependencies
- Identify the best practices & guidelines for engineering (including DevSecOps and Test Automation) and create adoption plan
- Manage relationships with IT teams, partners/vendors
- Disciplined experimentation with recent models & platforms for higher business benefits

We imagine you to be :
- Well versed with Application component architecture, design & integration patterns
- Experienced with use of technologies like APIs & Microservices, Content Management Systems, Modern Front end technologies like React/AngularJS, Rule engine, Building conversa
