About the team

Innovaccer builds AI agents for healthcare that automate administrative work, so care teams can get back to care. As a Lead Product Designer, you'll design the interfaces and workflows that make that autonomy usable, trustworthy, and explicit for the organizations who rely on it. This is an individual contributor role. You’ll independently own complex design projects, work closely with product and engineering, and contribute to the quality of the broader product and design team.

Product Management at Innovaccer

The Product team at Innovaccer designs AI-native solutions for healthcare providers, payers, and government organizations: agentic workflows that automate complex clinical and operational processes, intelligent systems that replace manual work at scale, and data infrastructure that makes all of it possible. Every product decision here is a bet on what AI-native healthcare infrastructure needs to look like next, positioning Innovaccer as the autonomous operations platform leader.

If you think in systems, work well with ambiguity,

and want your output to have real stakes, this team is where you will do your best work.
