Job Description
- Lead strategy, commercial due diligence and transformation engagements.




- Structure complex business problems and develop data-backed recommendations.
- Deliver commercial and go-to-market transformation programmes.
- Support AI and agentic transformation initiatives across client organisations.
- For healthcare mandates, address manufacturing, quality and R&D; transformation topics.
- Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and present recommendations.
- Own project workstreams, timelines, team performance and deliverable quality.
- Coach and develop junior consulting team members.

The Successful Applicant
- Approximately 6-8 years' relevant experience for Manager-level opportunities.
- Approximately 8-10 years' experience for Senior Manager/VP opportunities.
- 10+ years' relevant experience for Director-level positions.
- Strong consulting experience in strategy, CDD or business transformation.
- Relevant expertise within Life Sciences, Healthcare, Consumer or Cons
