About the Role We are looking for a Senior Footwear Designer – Product & Mould Development who can take a footwear concept from a blank sheet of paper to a production-ready commercial product .



This is not a purely creative/design role. The ideal candidate should understand the complete footwear development process — concept → design → last → upper → outsole → mould/tooling → prototype → sampling → corrections → final production . You will work closely with our founders, product, sourcing, merchandising and manufacturing teams to create differentiated footwear products specifically for Bacca Bucci. The person should be equally comfortable discussing design, construction, materials, moulds, tooling, costing and manufacturing . Key Responsibilities 1. Footwear Concept & Design Develop original footwear concepts aligned with Bacca Bucci's brand DNA, consumer and market trends. Create new sneaker, sports, lifestyle, casual, boots and slide concepts from scratch. Translate inspiration, trends and market insights into commercially viable footwear designs.
