Selected candidates may be aligned to one of two career tracks based on their skills, interests, and business requirements:

Track 1: Pharmacovigilance Technology

Work on technology-enabled Pharmacovigilance projects involving safety databases, data analysis, automation, regulatory processes, and AI-assisted safety workflows.

Track 2: Technology R&D; – AI/ML & Data Science

Work with emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, software development, automation,



and cloud technologies to develop and validate solutions for real-world healthcare and life sciences applications.

Key Responsibilities

Pharmacovigilance Technology Track
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and data extraction using SQL
- Review and validate data extracted by AI engines from unstructured medical or patient reports
- Support configuration and testing of safety systems such as Oracle Argus Safety, ARISg, and LifeSphere MultiVigilance
- Participate in data migration, validation, testing, and documentation activities
- Perform quality checks on AI-assisted case processing and documentation
- Develop and support custom queries and operational reports
- Assist with troubleshooting of system issues under supervision
- Learn Pharmacovigilance processes, regulatory requirements, and safety databases
- Maintain project documentation and version control
