Senior Accounts Manager (CA) - A fast-growing FinTech company - Jaipur Job Summary: A rapid-growing FinTech company operating in the emerging digital financial services space is looking to hire a Senior Accounts Manager – CA with 6–8 years of experience to manage accounting, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, reconciliations, audits, and financial controls. The company is focused on building scalable, technology-enabled financial solutions and strengthening its finance function to support continued growth. Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Designation: Senior Accounts Manager – CA Department: Finance & Accounts Work Mode: On-site Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Accounting & Financial Reporting: Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations. Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.



Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and MIS reporting. Ensure proper accounting of revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities, and provisions. Conduct regular ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations. Ensure books of accounts are maintained accurately in accordance with applicable accounting standards. 2. Taxation & Statutory Compliance: Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory compliances. Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and payment of applicable taxes. Coordinate with tax consultants and external professionals as required. Support tax assessments, audits, notices, and related documentation. Maintain accurate tax records and supporting documentation. 3. Audit & Internal Controls: Coordinate with statutory, internal, and other external auditors.
