Role Description:

The Senior Inside Sales role at EmpMonitor is a full-time, on-site position based in Chhattisgarh, India. The Senior Inside Sales skilled will manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting product demos, and closing deals for EmpMonitor’s workforce management solutions. Daily responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads through calls, emails,



and online channels; understanding customer needs; presenting tailored solutions; and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. This role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, providing timely follow-ups, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the pre- and post-sales process. The Senior Inside Sales professional will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to process improvements and best practices.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience managing end-to-end sales cycles.
