About the Role

Propel is looking for an experienced and accomplished Group Registrar to lead academic administration, regulatory compliance, accreditation, governance, and institutional coordination across multiple colleges/campuses.

The ideal candidate will be a senior academic administrator with 15+ years of experience in higher education, with solid and demonstrable expertise in NAAC accreditation,



UGC/AICTE compliance, university liaison, academic governance, and multi-campus administration.

This is a strategic leadership position requiring close collaboration with institutional leadership, Principals, Deans, IQAC teams, faculty, universities, regulatory authorities, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Administration & Governance
- Lead and oversee academic administration and governance across multiple colleges/campuses.
- Develop, implement, and strengthen academic policies, processes, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to academic regulations, institutional policies, and statutory requirements.
- Work closely with Principals, Deans, Heads of Departments, faculty, and academic leadership.
- Standardize academic administration processes and best practices across campuses.
- Support senior leadership on academic planning, governance, and institutional decision-making.
