M3M India is looking for a sharp, resourceful Manager to join the Founder's Office and work directly alongside the Mgmt. This is a high-trust, high-visibility seat: you will be the person the Promoter turns to when a question needs a well-researched, clearly-argued answer — often in a short turnaround time.

The role is built for someone who has genuinely made AI part of how they work. Not someone who has /"used ChatGPT,/" but someone who uses different AI tools on regular basis.

Research & insight generation
- Own the Mgmt.'s question queue — turn ambiguous, open-ended asks into crisp, evidence-backed answers
- Run rapid research using AI tools alongside primary sources: industry reports etc
- Produce deep-dive briefs, one-pagers, and decision memos — short, structured, and sourced
- Design and improve the Founder's Office AI workflow: prompt libraries, research playbooks, custom GPTs/agents, knowledge repositories,



and quality checks that keep AI output reliable

Communications & stakeholder management
- Draft presentations, notes, and correspondence on the Mgmt.'s behalf for internal leadership, boards, investors, partners, and external forums
- Prepare the Minutes for meetings — background dossiers on counterparties, agenda framing, anticipated questions, and follow-up tracking
- Act as a bridge between the Management and business unit heads: translate intent into action, chase clarity, and close loops
- Represent the Founder's Office with professionalism and absolute discretion across all internal and external interactions

Background in Civil Engineering or Architecture is preferred.
