Beyond managing calendars and emails, you should be sharp enough to

draft crisp Minutes of Meeting (MoM) , drive critical action items, and

Key Responsibilities:
· Executive Gatekeeping:

Managing complex schedules, high-priority emails, and acting as a seamless communication bridge for the Board of Directors.

Meeting Management:

Organizing board sessions, documenting accurate MoMs, and occasionally stepping in to represent leadership in meetings.
