Job Description - Mechanical Design Engineer - Jigs and Fixtures, SPM, Static Structural Ansys.
Experience in Jigs and Fixtures Design, Machine Design, SPM (Special Purpose Machines)
Skilled in concept design, presentation & communication.
Semiconductor / Test Stand /Build Stand will be an added advantage
Skilled in GD&T; (Geometrical Dimensioning & Tolerancing)




UGNX (Siemens NX) , SolidWorks
Static structural analysis using ANSYS / SolidWorks
Assembly hands-on experience & Problem-solving skills.

Need Robust Product Design Experience in Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing processes. Work with global teams to design sub systems / systems of process chambers used in semiconductor equipment industry using Semi standard.
Key Responsibilities •
Problem identification, define, coordinate, perform, and document engineering test reports and troubleshooting a variety of difficult mechanical problems with limited supervision
• Develop, design, or modify mechanical engineering concept/layouts/schematics and/or detailed drawings/specifications of difficult scope
• Provide solution to a variety of engineering problems involving gas flow, thermal management, and structural strength.
