About the Role

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and well-spoken Business Development Executive – B2B / pre-Sales to support our business growth initiatives.

This is a hands-on B2B business development role focused on identifying potential clients, researching decision-makers, generating leads, conducting outbound outreach, following up with prospects,



qualifying initial interest, and scheduling meetings for the leadership team.

The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in B2B Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Sales Development, or Pre-Sales, preferably within IT Services, SaaS, MarTech, Digital Marketing, Consulting, or other B2B services.

You should be comfortable communicating with prospects through LinkedIn, email, and calls, and should be able to represent EventIron professionally during initial conversations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospect Research
- Identify companies and accounts that fit EventIron's target customer profile.
- Research companies, industries, decision-makers, and relevant business contacts.
- Build and maintain accurate prospect and target-account lists.
- Use LinkedIn, company websites, Sales Navigator, databases, and other relevant sources for prospect research.
