Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

We provide office spaces to startups, businesses and professionals at prime office locations and at affordable prices. We are currently in 14 locations in Hyderabad and are rapidly growing. CoKarma is on a mission to create inspiring office spaces and a large community of businesses and entrepreneurs.

Job Overview:
As Business Development Executive at CoKarma, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing business relationships, identifying recent business opportunities and ensuring that clients’ requirements are met by providing them with the most suitable space solutions. You will manage the sales process from being the first point of contact to closing deals, while also building relationships with potential partners, property consultants and IPCs, and scouting potential properties for CoKarma’s expansion.

Key Responsibilities:





1. Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential clients, such as entrepreneurs, startups, and small businesses.
- Qualifying leads based on their workspace requirements, location, budget, and timeline.
- Categorizing leads by their level of interest and readiness to sign up.
- Managing and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

2. Consultative Selling & Proposal Development:
- Engaging in meaningful conversations to understand the lead’s business needs and goals, both over the phone and in person.
- Providing tailored recommendations for coworking plans and services that best meet their requirements.
- Developing customized proposals and providing clear pricing information.
- Offering various membership options, including hot desks, dedicated desks, private cabins and meeting rooms.

3. Client Relationship Management & Closing:
- Maintaining regular commun
