nWe are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to manage multi-state gold operations across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & Kerala .
n

nKey Requirements:
n• Robust hands-on knowledge of gold processing, melting & purity testing
n• Understanding of gold quality checks, assay, weight verification & purity certification
n• Experience in gold buying/processing, bullion or precious metals operations
n• Strong data, MIS & analytical reporting skills
n• Experience coordinating with Wholesale Vendors, Finance, Marketing & Admin teams
n• Proven experience managing multi-location/state operations
n• Excellent English & Kannada communication – Kannada is mandatory
n• Flexible to travel and work as per operational requirements
nLeadership experience in Gold/Precious Metals operations is highly preferred.
n
