Job Description We are seeking a Power Integrity Specialist with 4 years of experience to lead simulations and compliance testing for next-generation power converters. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between theoretical converter design and practical lab-based EMI/EMC compliance. Key Responsibilities Design & Simulation: Conduct Power Integrity (DC/AC) and EMI/EMC simulations for high-voltage DC-DC converters using tools like SiWave and Ansys AEDT . PCB Layout Strategy: Implement "correct-by-construction" design principles for high-power density layouts using Altium or OrCAD . Compliance Testing:



Lead the testing and validation of power converters in the lab to ensure adherence to EMI/EMC and Power Integrity specifications. Advanced Filtering: Design and test EMI filters to optimize performance and reduce noise. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Electronics best practices. Required Qualifications Education: B.Tech/M.Tech (Master’s in Power Electronics and Control preferred). Experience: 4 years in Power Integrity and EMI/EMC simulation/testing. Technical Proficiency: Strong background in power electronic converter design principles. Hands-on expertise in Ansys AEDT, SiWave , or equivalent simulation suites. Fluency in PCB layout tools ( Altium, OrCAD , etc.). Experience with high-voltage, high-current PCB layout principles. Bonus Skills: Knowledge of Signal Integrity (SI) and EMI filter design.
