Role Overview We are looking for a high-calibre Strategy & Business Operations qualified to work closely with the Group leadership team on strategic planning, business performance, transformation initiatives, investment evaluation and cross-business execution. The role will act as a strategic execution partner to the leadership team, converting business priorities into structured plans, measurable KPIs, governance mechanisms and actionable insights across Ridhira's diverse businesses. Key Responsibilities 1. Group Strategy & Strategic Planning Support the leadership team in developing and executing annual and long-term Group strategy. Translate strategic priorities into annual operating plans,



quarterly objectives and measurable initiatives. Evaluate growth opportunities across real estate, hospitality, wellness, healthcare and technology businesses. Conduct market, competitor and business-model analysis to support strategic decisions. Develop strategic recommendations based on financial, operational and market data. 2. Business Performance Management Build and manage a Group-level performance management framework covering key business and functional KPIs. Develop executive dashboards and management scorecards for leadership reviews. Track revenue, profitability, EBITDA, cash flows, operational performance and strategic milestones across businesses. Identify performance gaps and work with business leaders to define corrective actions. Establish structured Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Business Review mechanisms. 3. Business Cases & Investment Evaluation Develop business case
