About the role As a Business Development Manager, you will develop new client accounts, grow existing relationships, build a strong partner network and manage the commercial performance of your activity. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from identifying target accounts and engaging decision-makers to negotiating opportunities, closing deals and supporting project delivery. You will also connect customer needs with the right expertise from our community of consultants, freelancers and specialist partners. This role suits someone who can work independently, build a transparent commercial strategy and turn it into measurable business results. You should be comfortable speaking with senior and C-level stakeholders, managing several opportunities at once and taking responsibility for your revenue and margin performance. We are looking for someone who can join within a short timeframe and make an impact quickly.





Your responsibilities Develop your client portfolio and win new business Define and execute a business development strategy for your market and client portfolio Identify and target new accounts, decision-makers and business opportunities Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation, closing and account launch Build trusted relationships with senior/C-level stakeholders and understand their business and talent requirements Present LittleBig Connection's solutions to digital, technology and business leaders Create new opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, social selling and targeted campaigns Maintain a reliable sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts Work with the Growth team to identify cross-selling and account expansion opportunities Build and manage your partner ecosystem Develop a network of consulting firms, freelancers, recruitment firms, staffing agencies and specialist partners Identify the right expertise and delivery model for each customer requirement Coordinate customer need
