About the Role
The problem we're hiring for is a structural leak in how learning and innovation spread across our portfolio. You are not another Growth Lead. You take the highest-value growth thinking emerging from the Founder, from individual Growth Leads, and from individual accounts — and you inject it across the organisation so that the Founder's best thinking stops depending on the Founder being personally present in every account.
Responsibilities

You are not another Growth Lead. You take the highest-value growth thinking emerging from the Founder, from individual Growth Leads, and from individual accounts — and you inject it across the organisation.
Two responsibilities:
1) Transfer learning across the portfolio
When something works, you establish what worked, why, whether it's replicable, which brands it applies to, how it needs adapting, who implements it, whether they actually did,



and what it produced.
When something breaks in one account, you find out whether it's forming elsewhere.
Individual problem → repeated pattern → systemic solution.
2) Operationalise the Founder's innovation
The Founder develops recent frameworks by applying them to a specific brand.
You learn that thinking deeply enough to take it beyond that brand — extract the principle, convert it into a repeatable system, document it, train Growth Leads on it, drive adoption, measure impact.
Founder insight → framework → playbook → training → implementation → measurement.
What you'll own
The growth operating system — frameworks, audit processes, diagnosis methods, experimentation structures, prioritisation systems, playbooks, SOPs
Cross-portfolio knowledge transfer — winning strategies worth replicating, failed experiments worth not repeating, bottlenecks showing up in more than one place
