Workstream Ownership ·

Support planning and coordination while independently owning defined workstreams or packages. ·

Coordinate Client, consultants, contractors and site teams for assigned matters. ·

Track actions, deliverables, responsibilities and dependencies. ·

Drive routine matters to closure without continuous chasing. ·

Identify bottlenecks and escalate before they affect the wider project. Planning, Procurement & Design ·

Assist programme preparation and monitoring. ·

Track design deliverables, approvals and information release dates. ·

Assist tendering and procurement activities. ·

Must be well versed with Quantity Estimation works ·

Monitor procurement and long-lead items. ·

Review drawings and submissions at an appropriate level and raise discrepancies. ·

Raise and track RFIs through the prescribed process. Site, Commercial, Quality & Reporting ·

Conduct site visits and verify reported progress. ·

Assist measurements, billing and quantity verification. ·

Support quality and safety audits. ·

Prepare reports, dashboards, trackers and meeting records.

Maintain action, risk, issue, decision and information registers. ·

Use GM-Sync / project systems accurately and consistently. Client, Team & Development ·

Participate in project meetings and support Client communications. ·

Support PM / Project Lead in presentations and stakeholder coordination. ·

Help resolve routine project issues. ·

Support junior team members where appropriate. ·

Contribute to Gray Matter process improvement, lessons learned and Construction Intelligence. Expected Level of Independence ·

Moves progressively from assisting to independently owning workstreams. ·

Manages routine coordination without continuous supervision. ·

Knows when to solve and when to escalate. ·
