Job Purpose
Responsible for driving the Commercial Revenue Growth for the Airport by the development and implementation of F& B strategies and verifies implementation of the brand service strategy's & brand initiatives. The position ensures the food and beverage operations meets BIAL standards,
ensures partner & employee satisfaction, and focuses on growing revenues while maximizing the financial performance of the department. Responsible for guiding and developing partner business and profitability. Develop End to End Business Strategy for BIAL in conjunction with the partners and ensure delivery across all aspects of the F& B Business.

Understanding the trends of the Global F& B/ Travel F& B industry and making appropriate product and operational strategies to capitalize the opportunity for the Airport. Understanding the customer Profile, Segmentation, Buying Behavior, Trends & insights, Airport layout & zoning, market dynamics etc. and establishing a product development strategy for the airport F& B.
