Job Summary • The Investigator is responsible for conducting investigations into allegations of misconduct, fraud, financial crime, regulatory breaches, data misuse and other matters that may expose the Bank to financial, legal, regulatory or reputational risk. The role supports the delivery of independent, objective and evidence-based investigations in accordance with Group Investigations standards and applicable laws and regulations. • The Investigator is responsible for building core investigative skills and conducting investigations under supervision. Focuses on fact-finding, evidence gathering, interviews and supporting investigations in accordance with GI standards. Supports working-level client engagement. Key Responsibilities Strategy • Understands and applies GI methodology, standards and priorities. Contributes factual case insights to support continuous improvement.



Business • Maintains effective working-level stakeholder relationships to facilitate information gathering and investigation delivery. Provides case updates and management information.
