About the role We're seeking a highly analytical and process-oriented Executive-HR Operations- Reporting to join our People Analytics CoE team. This role is pivotal in transforming raw HR-Operational data into actionable insights to track service efficiency and performance. Your responsibilities • Gather, document, and maintain a comprehensive set of business reporting requirements from Stakeholders. • Design, develop, and implement BI reports and dashboards to address business needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into meaningful business recommendations. • Identify opportunities to reduce manual touchpoints within HR workflows by leveraging Power Automate and Excel
