you should be sharp enough to

draft crisp Minutes of Meeting (MoM) , drive critical action items, and

attend meetings on behalf of the Directors

when required. ·

Negotiation & Liaison Master:

Adept at handling external stakeholders, corporate offices, and government bodies. ·

Ready for the Skies:

Open to domestic business travel (including key visits to corporate/government offices in Mumbai, Bengaluru, New Delhi, and other hubs).

Key Responsibilities: · Executive Gatekeeping:

Managing complex schedules, high-priority emails, and acting as a seamless communication bridge for the Board of Directors. ·

Meeting Management:

Organizing board sessions, documenting accurate MoMs, and occasionally stepping in to represent leadership in meetings. ·

Corporate Liaison:

Frequent coordination with corporate and government offices, utilizing robust negotiation and interpersonal skills.e ·
