Assistant Professor / Subject Faculty – Sales & Distribution & SAP SD

to join our academic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom teaching, mentoring students, developing academic content, and integrating practical industry knowledge into the learning experience. Key Responsibilities Teaching & Academic Delivery Deliver engaging and industry-oriented lectures on Sales & Distribution and SAP SD. Develop lesson plans, presentations, case studies, assignments and assessments. Use practical examples, business cases, simulations and experiential learning methodologies. Ensure effective delivery of the prescribed curriculum within academic timelines. Continuously update subject knowledge based on industry trends and developments.



Student Mentoring Mentor students on academic and career-related matters. Guide students in projects, presentations, case studies and competitions. Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback. Help students develop industry-relevant sales, distribution and SAP skills. Research & Academic Contribution Contribute to research activities, publications, conferences and academic initiatives. Encourage research-oriented learning among students. Contribute to curriculum enhancement and academic content development. Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, seminars and institutional initiatives. Subject Expertise Candidates should have solid knowledge and teaching/practical exposure in areas such as: Sales Management and Sales Strategy Sales & Distribution Management Channel Management B2B Sales and Enterprise Sales Customer Relationship Management SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) Order-to-Cash (O2C) Process Sales Order Management
