We are looking for a highly experienced PCB / System Design Lead to take ownership of board-level hardware architecture and development for complex FPGA/SoC-based systems. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in high-speed digital design, power architecture, schematic design, board bring-up and system validation, along with the ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams. Role Overview As a PCB / System Design Lead, you will be responsible for driving the complete hardware development lifecycle — from system requirements and architecture through schematic design, PCB development, prototype bring-up, validation, production and sustaining engineering. The ideal candidate will have deep experience designing complex,



high-speed boards involving FPGA/SoC, DDR, PCIe, SERDES, Ethernet and high-speed data interfaces, along with strong understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, thermal considerations and manufacturing. Experience with wireless base station hardware (WiFi, 4G/5G — Macro and Small Cell) is a strong plus given Ananant's product focus on next-generation connectivity systems. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end system and PCB hardware design for complex FPGA/SoC-based products. Translate system requirements into hardware architecture, block diagrams and detailed design specifications. Lead schematic capture, circuit design, component selection and design reviews.
