Clintage Healthcare LLP is a Bengaluru-based medical and laboratory supplies company engaged in the distribution of medical diagnostic equipment, laboratory consumables, and related products across Indian markets. We work closely with hospitals, diagnostic labs, and medical centers, and are expanding our sourcing and client base through both domestic and international supplier relationships.
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to take on a combined Sales and Office Support role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction and business development, while also being comfortable handling day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks that keep the office running smoothly.



You will work closely with the Business Development Manager and support both front-end sales activity and back-end operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Relations
Identify and reach out to potential clients (hospitals, diagnostic centers, laboratories) for products including diagnostic equipment, laboratory consumables, and PPE
Follow up with existing clients on repeat orders, renewals, and re-engagement (e.g., accounts that have paused orders)
Draft and send client-facing communication, quotations, and product information
Coordinate with clients on order requirements, delivery timelines, and after-sales queries
Support price negotiations and maintain records of client interactions and pipeline status
Assist in preparing product catalogues and sales collateral
Office & Operations Support
Manage day-to-day office coordination including documentation, filing, and correspondence
Assist with purchase order creation, invoicing, and basic
