About the Role Smartsevak is looking for a

Product Consultant – SaaS & Client Solutions

who can take ownership of client onboarding, product implementation, demonstrations, training, and ongoing product adoption. This is a client-facing product role suited for someone who is comfortable understanding business processes, working with technology, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that the implemented solution is actually working successfully for the client. The role is ideal for someone who wants exposure across

product, implementation, customer interaction, workflow design, SaaS solutions, and automation . Key Responsibilities

Understand client business processes and map them into Smartsevak workflows. Take ownership of client onboarding and implementation from requirement discussion to go-live. Conduct online and offline product demonstrations for prospects and clients. Train client teams on CRM, workflows, automation, dashboards, and day-to-day product usage. Coordinate with sales, product, and development teams for client requirements and implementation.



Handle client communication throughout the implementation process and ensure timely completion of dependencies. Coordinate integrations such as WhatsApp/Meta onboarding, advertising integrations, dialler integrations, APIs, and automation workflows. Work with automation tools such as n8n and coordinate technical implementation where required. Test implemented workflows and ensure that lead funnels, follow-ups, integrations, and reporting are functioning properly. Monitor whether agreed KPIs and workflows are actually being followed after implementation. Identify gaps in product usage and suggest improvements to increase adoption. Collect recurring client requirements and provide structured inputs for product improvements. Research possible product improvements, workflows, integrations, or automation approaches when required.
