Oasis Art Studio is a fine art studio in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, where children and adults learn to create high-quality artwork under the guidance of practising artists. The studio hosts creative sessions for corporate teams at the studio or on-site, handling all materials, setup, and cleanup so participants can focus on their own completed pieces. The children’s programme offers an assessed pathway from early childhood through portfolio preparation for design school, supporting long-term artistic development. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales & Administrative Executive role based in Delhi, India. The role involves managing incoming inquiries, responding to emails and phone calls, and maintaining a skilled, timely communication channel with clients and partners. The Executive will support sales activities by preparing proposals, tracking leads, coordinating bookings for studio and corporate sessions,



and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools.

Day-to-day responsibilities

include general office administration, scheduling sessions, coordinating materials and logistics with the studio team, and organizing documentation for school and CSR programmes. The role also requires maintaining updated client databases, preparing basic reports, assisting with invoicing and payment follow-ups, and providing administrative support to the studio leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Details: Working Days: 6 working days including Sundays. Timings: 11-7PM or 11:30-7:30PM Location: Vasant Vihar at the moment,
