Key Responsibilities SEN & Inclusion Leadership Lead and coordinate the school's SEN / Learning Support and inclusion practices. Develop and implement effective strategies to support students with diverse learning needs. Promote an inclusive, safe, respectful, and student-centered learning workplace. Support the implementation of inclusive education practices across PYP, MYP, and DP. Contribute to the development and review of school policies and procedures related to inclusion and learning support. Promote awareness of learning differences and inclusive practices across the school community. Student Identification & Learning Support Support the identification and assessment of students who may require additional learning support. Review educational, psychological,



behavioral, and specialist assessment reports where available. Develop and oversee

Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), support plans, and accommodation plans . Monitor student progress and review support strategies based on student needs and learning outcomes. Work with teachers to identify appropriate interventions, accommodations, and classroom strategies. Maintain appropriate records of student support and progress. Teacher Collaboration & Classroom Support Work closely with classroom and subject teachers to support differentiated and inclusive instruction. Guide teachers in adapting learning materials, classroom activities, assessments, and teaching approaches. Promote

Universal Design for Learning (UDL)
