IT Support & Network Support Engineer

to join our IT team in Dubai.



You will be the first point of contact for end-user technology needs and the hands-on owner of our office IT and network infrastructure. This role blends day-to-day user support with infrastructure and network device administration, Google Workspace (GWS) management, and the resolution of a broad range of IT service requests. You will keep our people productive, our office connected, and our systems secure and reliable. What You'll Do End-User Support & Service Desk Act as the

first point of contact

for end-user IT queries — triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents and service requests across hardware, software, and connectivity. Provide

desktop, laptop, and peripheral support

across Windows and MacOS, including setup, imaging, configuration, and ongoing troubleshooting. Manage the

IT ticketing queue

— log, prioritise, track, and close requests within agreed SLAs, with clear and timely user communication. Handle
