About the Role
Singhwal TechLaw is looking for a B2B Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale a structured client-acquisition engine focused on B2B Growth Marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and Funnel Strategy & Conversion .
This is not a conventional social-media or digital marketing role.
The person will work with structured prospect databases, identify and prioritise target accounts, develop ICPs and look-alike audiences, build trust through content-led engagement, and systematically nurture prospects from awareness to client conversion and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B growth strategies across relevant channels.
- Build and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and audience segments.
- Identify high-potential target accounts and look-alike audiences.
- Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
- Develop personalised engagement and outreach journeys for priority accounts.
- Build and optimise the funnel from:
Target Account → Awareness → Engagement → Trust → Qualified Prospect → Opportunity → Client → Repeat Client
- Use content, LinkedIn, email and other channels as part of the broader growth strategy.
- Manage lead/account nurturing through CRM and marketing automation.
- Track account engagement, funnel movement and conversion performance.
- Test messaging, campaigns, channels and approaches to improve results.
- Work closely with leadership and subject-matter experts to convert expertise into effective marketing campaigns.
