Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Consultant with 5–10 years of overall experience and solid expertise in Oracle Cloud EPM solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations, functional configuration, business process analysis, requirements gathering, testing, reporting, integrations, and production support.The consultant should have strong expertise across EPBCS, Workforce Planning, FCCS, and TRCS, and will work closely with Finance, FP&A;, Tax, HR, and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions for budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, financial consolidation, statutory reporting, and tax reporting.
Key Responsibilities:




- Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Cloud EPM implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Finance, FP&A;, Tax, HR, and business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into Oracle EPM functional solutions.
- Configure and support Oracle EPM applications based on business requirements.
- Provide functional expertise across:
- EPBCS – Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service
- Workforce Planning
- Financial Planning
- Capital Planning
- Project Planning
- FCCS – Financial Consolidation and Close Service
- TRCS – Tax Reporting Cloud Service
- Design and optimize budgeting, forecasting, planning, consolidation, financial close, and tax reporting processes.
