About the Role We are looking for a responsible and organized

Accounts & Operations Executive

to manage day-to-day accounting, customer account coordination, administrative activities, and back-office operations. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with customers, sales, accounts, and technical support teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

Accounts & Billing Prepare and send customer

invoices and quotations

as required. Maintain accurate customer billing and account information. Follow up with customers regarding

pending and overdue payments . Maintain payment records and coordinate payment collection. Provide customers with accurate information regarding invoices, payments, balances, and account status. Customer Account Management Maintain complete and up-to-date customer records. Manage customer contracts, agreements, SLAs,



and related documentation. Monitor contract expiration dates, renewals, amendments, and pending paperwork. Communicate with customers professionally regarding billing, contracts, and account-related matters. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through timely and friendly communication. Administration & Back-Office Operations Maintain organized digital and physical records. Manage day-to-day administrative and back-office activities. Coordinate between management, sales, accounts, and technical support teams. Track pending tasks and ensure timely follow-up and completion. Prepare regular operational and management reports. Maintain internal databases, spreadsheets, customer information, and documentation. Sales & Support Operations Coordinate with the

Sales Team

regarding customer onboarding, estimates, contracts, and billing. Coordinate with the

Technical Support Team

regarding custom
