About the Company: Our Client is an education business focused on

university, degree and online programmes , with campuses and university partnerships across East and North India. The organisation is currently expanding its university network and building scalable admissions, industry partnerships and student-focused programmes.

Role Overview: We are looking for a senior

Business Head – University Vertical

to lead the growth of the university, degree and online programmes business. The role will own the

complete P&L; , drive university partnerships, admissions, collections and build scalable acquisition channels.

Key Responsibilities: Drive expansion of university partnerships and onboard

10 recent universities . Own the complete

P&L;, revenue, collections, EBITDA and cost economics

of the university vertical. Build and manage relationships with

Universities, Vice-Chancellors, Registrars, Directors and Trustees . Develop and manage a large network of

education consultants,



agents and marketplace partners . Build and scale admissions through

digital marketing, database, CRM and call-centre-led funnels . Lead and develop a team of

50+ employees , including regional/state teams, telecalling and digital marketing functions. Work closely with academic delivery and placement teams to ensure smooth programme execution and student outcomes. Track and improve

CPL, CPA, lead-to-admission conversion, collections and overall channel profitability . Prepare monthly business reviews/MIS covering admissions, collections, costs and contribution. Travel extensively across university campuses and consultant markets, approximately

12–15 days per month .

Candidate Profile – Must Have: 12–18 years

of overall experience, with at least

5 years in a P&L;/Business Head role . Strong experience in

education, university partnerships, online degree, ODL, degree-in-partnership or university
