Implement and maintain endpoint security policies (Bit Locker, Defender, etc.). Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides. Experience with Windows 10/11 device management, configuration profiles,

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM).

Provide Level 2/3 support for Intune and Autopilot-related incidents.

Experience with packaging and deploying Win32 apps in Intune will be an added advantage.
4
Proficiency in Power Shell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
5
Knowledge of Azure AD, Conditional Access, and compliance policies.
