markets, new logos, strategic account expansion, pipeline development, partnerships, portfolio positioning, forecasting, and commercial conversion . You will be supported by the

C-Suite (CEO, COO, CHRO, CFO, and CEBMs)

in aligning organizational vision and will collaborate closely with the

CEO and CEBMs

to convert opportunities into business realities. Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth Leadership Develop and execute enterprise growth strategies across Automotive, Smart Devices, IoT, Compute/XR, Robotics, and related engineering businesses. Identify and secure partnerships with technology providers, manufacturers, and integrators. Business Development & Market Expansion Drive commercialization of IoT platforms and robotics solutions. Expand into current verticals such as smart homes, industrial automation, and healthcare devices. Build strategic roadmaps to grow existing accounts.



Negotiate alliances, joint ventures, and licensing opportunities. Collaborate with CFO on pricing, margins, payment terms, and profitable growth. Innovation & Product Alignment Partner with R&D; and product teams to align growth initiatives with cutting-edge technologies. Ensure scalability and interoperability across platforms and ecosystems. Own portfolio positioning, partnerships, pipeline quality, forecasting, proposals, and commercial conversion. Drive growth across

CWF, Projects, PODs, and differentiated engineering offerings . Ensure qualified pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, account growth plans, renewal visibility, and commercial handover. Revenue & Customer Success Oversee sales and marketing strategies tailored to IoT, robotics, and smart device markets. Enhance customer acquisition, retention, and long-term engagement.
