About the Role Regional Sales Manager – Cybersecurity Experience: 8-12 Years Location: Bengaluru / Mumbai / Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Enterprise Sales & Business Development Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager – Cybersecurity to drive enterprise sales and business development across key markets in South and West India. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cybersecurity sales, enterprise account management, consultative selling, and SaaS or Managed Security Services , along with established relationships with senior security and technology decision-makers. The role will focus on developing strategic customer relationships, driving pipeline growth, managing enterprise opportunities, and delivering revenue targets.



Key Responsibilities Drive enterprise cybersecurity sales and business development across South and West India. Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve ARR and contract value targets . Build and manage relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and senior IT/security leadership . Identify, qualify, and develop new enterprise opportunities across target accounts. Lead consultative sales engagements focused on business outcomes and cybersecurity transformation . Sell cybersecurity SaaS platforms and managed security services rather than transactional technology solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closure . Build a strong sales pipeline and improve deal velocity from qualified chance to closed-won . Collaborate with technical, pre-sales, product, delivery, and customer success teams to develop effective customer solutions
