About the Role




We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Sales Manager – Agri Sales & Field Operations to drive sales and market development across the assigned territory.
The role will be responsible for developing strong relationships with farmers, dealers, distributors, FPOs, contract farming companies, greenhouse farmers, and other agri-ecosystem partners.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, generating and converting leads, driving product trials and demonstrations, building the dealer/FPO network, and achieving sales targets across the assigned territory.
Who Can Apply
2 - 5 years of experience in agri sales/marketing
Experience in any of the following is preferred:
Drip irrigation
Pump sales
Farm equipment or farm-related sales
Agri-inputs
Agri-tech products and solutions
Robust communication skills in English and Kannada are mandatory.
Strong network with farmers, dealers, distrib
