We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to help us expand our IT services business and acquire current clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B IT sales, business development, lead generation, and client acquisition , preferably selling software development or IT services to international clients.

This is a target-driven role for someone who enjoys finding new business opportunities, communicating with decision-makers, building relationships, and converting prospects into paying clients.

This is a revenue-generating role. The primary responsibility is to identify, approach, qualify, and convert new clients for our IT services.

Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for our IT services.
- Find and target potential clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, referrals, and other channels.
- Research companies and identify key decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Contact potential clients and understand their business and technology requirements.




- Schedule and conduct initial discussions with prospects.
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with the technical team when required.
- Follow up with prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing new deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Track leads, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM/tools.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Preferred Skills & Experience :
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B IT Sales / Business Development.
- Experience selling software development, web/mobile development, SaaS, QA, dedicated developers, or IT consulting services is highly preferred.
- Experience working with US, UK, Canada, Australia, or European clients is a strong advantage.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
