Director – Cybersecurity

Lead the cyber risk, resilience and AI-security agenda for a Fortune 100 insurance and financial services leader, from its Hyderabad technology hub.

The prospect You will be the senior cyber risk leader in India for a company whose promise to millions of customers is protection. Your job is to make that promise true in the digital world, as AI, cloud and machine identities reshape the attack surface. This is not a compliance-checklist role. You will build an AI-native, engineering-led cyber risk function in Hyderabad that shapes how the enterprise assesses risk, stays resilient and responds when things go wrong. You will partner with technology, engineering, infrastructure and business leaders across India and the US, and your team's work will reach the board-level risk posture of a Fortune 100 firm.

The enterprise is adopting GenAI at scale; you will set the guardrails for AI security and governance, and use AI to make your own function faster.

What you will do 1. Own and improve the cyber risk posture Maintain a sharp, current view of the threat and risk landscape across business and technology assets. Oversee cyber risk assessments end to end and drive issues to closure, with clear owners, priorities and timelines. Translate technical risk into business and financial terms that executives can act on.

2. Lead AI security and AI governance Define controls, standards and review processes for the secure adoption of GenAI and AI/ML models.
