About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with solid expertise in ETL development and enterprise data engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable data integration and transformation solutions that power critical business operations. This role requires mandatory BFSI/Insurance domain experience to support regulatory reporting, data modernization programs, and enterprise-scale analytics initiatives. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to build robust, secure, and high-performing data platforms across cloud and on-premises environments.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT workflows, data pipelines, and integration solutions for enterprise applications. Build, enhance, and support Data Lake and Data Warehouse platforms to enable reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.



Perform source-to-target mapping, data transformation, cleansing, and validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Develop scalable cloud-based data engineering solutions using modern data integration technologies. Optimize ETL jobs, data processing workflows, and database performance to improve efficiency and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to data integration, transformation, and pipeline execution. Support enterprise data migration, modernization, and cloud adoption initiatives. Collaborate with business users, data analysts, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
