JOB DESCRIPTION Experience: 1–4 Years Department: Finance & Accounts Employment Type: Full time Industry: Travel & Tourism Location: Panchkula , sec 20 About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have 1–4 years of experience in accounting and preferably have exposure to the travel, tourism, hospitality, or service industry . The candidate will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting operations, handling invoices and payments, reconciliations, expense management, and supporting the finance team with accurate financial records and reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records. Record sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal entries, and expense transactions . Prepare and process customer and vendor invoices. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. Perform regular bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations . Maintain and reconcile travel-related transactions,



including airline bookings, hotel bookings, travel vendors, refunds, cancellations, and commissions . Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers/vendors for timely settlements. Verify invoices, supporting documents, and expense claims before processing. Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records. Assist in preparing MIS reports, expense reports, receivable/payable statements, and other financial reports . Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities . Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Operations, Ticketing, HR, and Management for accounting-related matters. Identify discrepancies in transactions and resolve them in coordination with the concerned teams. Assist with monthly and year-end closing activities. Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and information. Ensure compliance with company accounting
