Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Backend Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications and services. The role requires solid programming fundamentals, hands-on experience with modern backend technologies, API development, databases, microservices, and cloud environments.
Experience or exposure to data engineering is a significant advantage , as the role involves working with data-centric systems, analytics platforms, and data-intensive applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and applications . Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web services for internal and external applications. Build and maintain microservices-based architectures and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance. Work with relational and No SQL databases, including database design, queries, optimization, and performance tuning . Implement secure, reliable, and high-performance backend solutions. Integrate applications with third-party systems, services, and APIs.



Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement effective solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture/design decisions. Collaborate with Product, QA, Dev Ops, Data Engineering, and other technical teams throughout the development lifecycle. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and application monitoring. Maintain clear technical documentation for backend services and APIs. Required Skills
Strong hands-on backend development experience using Java, Python, or Node.js . Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles . Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, and web services . Strong experience with relational databases such as Postgre SQL, My SQL, or Oracle . Good understanding of
