About the Role
The Head – Corporate Affairs & Government Liaison will lead the Company's corporate affairs, public policy, government relations, and stakeholder engagement agenda. The role will serve as the strategic interface between the Company and government authorities, regulators, industry bodies, and key external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of business objectives with the evolving policy and regulatory environment. The position requires a seasoned professional capable of driving policy advocacy, managing strategic stakeholder relationships, mitigating regulatory risks, and supporting the Company's growth ambitions across Eastern India.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Government Relations
Develop and execute the Company's government engagement strategy. Build and maintain relationships with Central and State Government authorities, regulatory bodies, and policy makers. Support business expansion, current projects,



and strategic initiatives through effective government engagement. Public Policy & Regulatory Affairs
Monitor and assess policy, regulatory, taxation, environmental, and industrial developments impacting the business. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership on policy and regulatory matters. Represent the Company's interests in policy discussions and regulatory forums. Corporate Affairs & Stakeholder Management
Lead corporate affairs initiatives to strengthen the Company's reputation and external influence. Develop relationships with key stakeholders including industry associations, chambers of commerce, local administrations, and community leaders. Represent the Company at industry forums, conferences, and government platforms. Business & Strategic Support
