to lead and execute end-to-end migrations of Atlassian Data Center products to Atlassian Cloud Enterprise in complex enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead enterprise-scale migrations of

Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo and Crowd

from Data Center to Cloud. Plan and execute

DC-to-Cloud migrations using Cloud Migration Assistant (CMA) . Conduct migration readiness assessments, application compatibility analysis, data audits and user mapping. Design phased migration strategies including big-bang, parallel and incremental migrations. Handle data mapping and transformation for workflows, custom fields, permissions, notifications and automation. Manage identity migration from

LDAP/AD/Crowd to Atlassian Guard, SCIM and SAML SSO . Evaluate and manage Marketplace application migration and cloud compatibility. Use





REST APIs / GraphQL

for migration automation and data validation. Manage data residency, security, compliance and governance requirements. Prepare migration runbooks, rollback plans, risk registers and communication plans. Lead UAT, post-migration validation, hypercare and Data Center decommissioning. Coordinate with IT, Security, Compliance and business stakeholders. Must-Have Skills: 7+ years of hands-on experience with

Atlassian products . 3+ years of hands-on

Data Center to Cloud migration

experience. Solid experience with
