Lead Dynamics 365 CRM/CE design, development, customization, and support. Develop Plugins, Workflows, Custom APIs, Web Resources, and extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript. Configure and customize Dataverse, including forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security. Build Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages. Develop integrations using REST APIs, Dynamics 365 Web API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and Service Bus. Provide L2/L3 AMS support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization. Manage CI/CD, ALM, Azure DevOps, Git, deployments, and environment/data migrations. Conduct code reviews, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor team members, and drive Dynamics 365/Power Platform best practices.
